I purchased two of these to deal with two wire runs that were not covered ahead of time. The concept is sound and the product mostly works. I had two issues though. Getting the bottom screw in, with wires everywhere, is not all that easy. Once I managed to get the hole lined up it wasn't too bad - but finding that hole was a bit of a chore. That was somewhat expected and I can't think of any real way around it, just something to keep in mind.My real gripe though is that the hinge is weak. On one of the two, while mounting it, I broke the hinge. I didn't force anything or bend it in an odd way, just tried to close it. It still covers the wires, but the top portion has nothing holding it to the wall on the hinge side so it doesn't look as nice as it should.
