These are great for crafts!I actually counted the beads, and there were more than 500 in my package. Only 4 were broken and, weirdly, they were all blue ones. I got these to make a suncatcher seen on Facebook, but I overfilled my pan before melting the beads and the edges were unevenly curly. It is beautiful to see the sun shining through it though, so I'll have to give it another try.They did not break easily and I was able to string them in my daughters hair. She wore them for three weeks.The beads themselves were really cute. I didn’t give a 5 star review only because the bag definitely wasn’t 500 beads. It was less than that and too bad because I did like the beads.Colors are very niceThis is a really small bag for the price. This is double price what I could pay in retail stores, and in the stores, I'd get three times this amount of beads. My fault for not understanding the description better, just beware this is a SMALL bag. Same quality as big box stores.They worked well for our sun catchers.I used this for my daughter's hair they are a good price for the quanity you receive but they are cheaply made they crack and break off her hair leaving a mess every where we go leaving broken beads over thw floor. And if you have small children or dogs that put things in their mouth that's dangerous! So if your going for a certain look either in hair or jewelry be careful with this brand they break off easily.Bright cute
